Therapy Services

What is Sex therapy

Sex therapy helps individuals and couples enhance sexual fulfillment and/or resolve sexual conflicts and struggles. Solutions can vary from dialogue and simple education to more extensive counseling around complex or longstanding issues. Therapy is tailored to the goals of the individual or couple seeking help. Sex therapy is sensitive to the personal values of the client and maintains ethical boundaries. Therapeutic techniques may include; intimacy enrichment, specific behavioral interventions, strategic reading, therapy groups and referral/consultation with other professionals when needed. Sex therapy can be a catalyst for healing and enhancement in the crucial sexual aspect of intimate relationships, and for restoring sexual wholeness to individuals.
